We discuss with you what you are looking to achieve, analyse your existing annual report, your other corporate communication materials, and those of your peer group. Then we produce, for your report, an extensive set of recommendations covering the structure, language, tone, design approach and communication compliance. This would essentially provide you with a brief and a strategy for the improvement of your report.
We can go on to create the design of the report and take you to the point where you will have a framework for its structure plus the creative style and design templates necessary for each of the main sections. These can be given to your current production and artwork provider. This can prove particularly attractive where you have an ongoing, satisfactory relationship with a provider who carries out the production of your report. This allows clients to gain the benefit of our advice and input while continuing to work with other tried and tested partners.
We are also happy, if you wish, to take on the production of all the artwork, working closely with you and your team to create and produce the final pages, ready to go to print. We have considerable experience of managing this process and take a proactive role in ensuring that all deadlines are met.
While you may well have an existing and trusted print supplier, we are happy to take on the responsibility of having the report printed and manage the whole process, achieving high quality and value for money.
As well as print management we are very experienced in dealing with our clients’ registrars and taking on the responsibility of having the reports issued to stakeholders.
