Making our clients happy is what has made our business a success. Trying to capture how to present this factor in an imaginative way led us to the creation of the 'smiles' campaign!
It is based around the fact that we see lots of smiles on our clients' faces when they are :
- appreciating our creative work
- working alongside us
- receiving the final product on time
- when the invoice arrives with no added surprises
The 'smiles' campaign started modestly two years ago and has developed momentum this year with the creation of the 'smiles' report.
It has been followed up by
the issuing of the 'smiles'
desk calendar.
