Careful planning, control and understanding are key factors on a project as complex as the annual report, where time is almost as critical as creativity.

We always meet our deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards in all we do. To achieve this we take full account of each client's particular needs whilst using our expertise and experience to guide them through the annual report production process.

Typically this can be broken down into 4 main areas - Creation and Planning, Drafting and Artwork, Printing and Mailing and Fulfilment.

  1. design creation and planning

    • Research into peer group, market conditions, industry/city comment
    • Briefing meeting with Client
      • discuss and agree strategic objectives and key messages
      • consider and advise on best practice
      • discuss and agree structure
      • discuss creation/provision of copy and data
      • review availability and taking of suitable photography
      • agree schedule
    • Creation of design concepts
    • Present concepts to client
    • Design development (1 or 2 stages)
    • Approval and sign-off on the design
  2. drafting and artwork

    • Photography sourcing existing and taking of new where required
    • Build structure for front end and financial statements
    • Receive drafts of copy from client and flow into document
    • Drafts returned to client in PDF format or if preferred, hard copy
    • Final sign off of artwork by client and go to print
  3. mailing and fulfilment

    • PDF proof from printer checked and signed-off by client for approval to print
    • Digital cromalin proofs from printer to client for sign-off
    • Mailing of report along with notices and circulars to shareholders
  4. printing

    • Print management - press passing of key colour sections
    • Arranged and managed by corporateprm if required
